Limnia
Description
Limnia or Limia, 41 kms northwest by the city of Chios, consists the seaport of Volissos village. It is actually a natural smallport. It has been recently reshaped by human hand with the addition of a waterbreak at it's ''arm'' and docks destined for marina usage ( touristic boats ) and is additionally serving as a fishing shelter. It consists also a fixed chechpoint for the annual sailing races of event Aegean Regatta.
Limnia is the location where the heart of nightlife of northern Chios is beating until dawn! You will find here taverns, restaurants, cafeterias and bars. One can finely combine his excursion here with entertainment, fun and exquisite food.
The beach of Limnia is sandy, with unique natural beauty, ideal for those keen on chilly waters and also for the fishing lovers.
